CALMING INTERIOR

 What a beautiful interior that's so easy on the eyes.  I just can't get enough of these natural, rustic colours and materials that contrast so beautifully in this case with the simple architecture. Love.

CHAIR LOVE

The Ant chair, designed by Arne Jacobsen for Fritz Hansen.  I have these chairs (in this finish) and absolutely love them, there's something so calming and beautiful about this dark brown colour.  I've had them many years now but the longer I have them, the more I love them. That's how furniture love should be :)

I love this beautiful piece. I want her. I went to buy her but she had sold! I discovered Solveig Holms work a few years back and I met her last year in Reykjavik. I already have a beautiful piece by Solveig who's work is inspired by the mystical nature of Iceland. Just amazing.

I love the rustic charm of this restaurant called Muy Mío in Barcelona. My in-laws live only a few hours from Barcelona so we take a trip every now and then.  It's a beautiful city that holds a special place in our hearts.....and now we have another place to visit on the list.

TODAY I'M IN LOVE WITH

 This mirror from Menus new collection.  I have a feeling this is going to become a bit of a classic. Have you had a nice weekend so far? Mine has been a mixture of catching up with friends, baking and relaxing; now I'm all ready from a (very) busy week ahead.

GLOW SLOW SKANDINAVISK CANDLES

I can't tell you how cosy and lovely these candles are when they're lit. They glow beautifully, just really deep within the candle. We have just received the gorgeously printed Advent Candles (image 2) in the shop Story North. They provide 5 hours of cosiness each night of December. Unsurprisingly they are already flying off the shelves :)

I simply have to visit this lovely looking patisserie called Craftsman and Wolves in San Francisco.  A trip to San Francisco is long over due, it's one of my favourite cities in the world. Take a look at their lovely Tumblr here.
